Resending: What a night, Dublin… and what’s next for Amplify YOU? 🧡

Hi Reader

What a night, Dublin! 🧡

After all the planning and anticipation, we finally came together at the Herbert Park Hotel to celebrate the Dublin launch of Amplify YOU — and I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful evening.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us.

There was laughter, energy, new introductions, old friends reconnecting and, most importantly, some really terrific conversations.

I was also delighted to sit down with the brilliant Melanie Morris of IMAGE to explore some of the ideas at the heart of Amplify YOU - and why the way we communicate, connect and show up as humans matters more than ever in our increasingly AI-shaped world.

And now… the photos are in! 📸

Can you spot yourself?

We’ve put together some of our favourite moments from the evening, along with a video capturing the atmosphere of the launch.

If you were there, have a look and see if you can spot yourself — or someone you know!

And if you couldn’t make it on the night, come take a look anyway. We’d love to give you a little taste of the energy, conversation and connection that filled the room.

Missed the launch? I’m opening the room again.

If you wanted to join us in September but couldn’t make it, I have some good news.

On Wednesday, 25 November, I’m returning to the Herbert Park Hotel for my first-ever open Amplify YOU Masterclass in Executive Presence.

And this time, you won’t simply be listening.

You’ll be doing.

This highly interactive three-hour Masterclass brings my Say It. Look It. Be It.® framework off the page and into the room.

Together, we’ll explore how you can take greater control of:

YOUR WORDS.
YOUR VOICE.
YOUR BODY.
YOUR IMPACT.

You’ll practise. You’ll experiment. You’ll discover how others experience you — and learn practical techniques you can immediately apply to the way you communicate, lead and connect.

This is the kind of executive communication development organisations invest thousands to bring to their leaders.

Now, for the first time, I’m opening the room to you.

📅 Wednesday, 25 November 2026
⏰ 6:00–9:00 p.m.
📍 Herbert Park Hotel, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4

Places are deliberately limited to keep the experience interactive, so if you’d like to join me, I recommend reserving yours soon.

Don’t just read Amplify YOU. Experience it.

And if Dublin is a little too far away…

I know many of you reading this aren't based in Ireland and some of you have already told me you’d love to experience Amplify YOU but simply can’t make it to Dublin.

I hear you.

There are some very exciting plans beginning to take shape for 2027 - including new opportunities to bring the Amplify YOU experience to more people in more places.

That’s all I’m going to say… for now. 😉

But if Dublin is too far away, keep an eye on your inbox.

There’s much more to come.

For now, thank you again to everyone who helped make the Dublin launch such a memorable evening.

And if you missed us in September, perhaps I’ll see you in the room on November 25th.

Gina 🧡

A speak-up culture is only built by what happens after someone speaks

My latest Sunday column in Ireland's largest circulated newspaper Irish Independent.

"Speaking up shouldn’t require an act of heroism. It should be part of the job."

Thank you for being such an important part of this journey. Here’s to learning, leading, and making an impact together.

All the best, Gina

Hello everyone, I often tell audiences that the first person you talk to every morning and the last person you talk to every night is... yourself. Even if you have a partner. Even if you have children. Even if you say your prayers before bed. Those conversations in your own head never really stop. Which is why I wanted to dedicate this month's newsletter to self-talk. Summer always feels like a good time to reset. The days are longer, many of us spend more time outdoors, our routines loosen...

Hello, Communication is never just about the words we say. It’s about how people experience us - in meetings, presentations, conversations and moments that matter. This month, I’m sharing insights on executive presence, the journey behind Amplify YOU, and some highlights from recent work with leaders and teams. Executive Presence Is Often A Game Of Inches One of the things I love most about my work is that some of the most useful communication tools aren’t created in a boardroom or a training...

Hello everyone I hope you’re doing well and finding moments of connection and clarity in what continues to be a rapidly evolving world of work, which influenced my recent blog on 'Hybrid working,. Hybrid working is no longer a temporary adjustment or simply a workplace perk, it’s an evolving system that many organizations are still learning how to design intentionally. In my latest article, I explore why the future of work requires more than flexibility alone. It demands clearer...
