2024 Highlights: Global Adventures, Leadership Wins, and What’s Next!

Dear Friends & Colleagues,

As we approach the close of 2024, I’m reflecting with immense gratitude on the incredible journey this year has been. From keynote stages to intimate coaching sessions, the opportunity to work with remarkable professionals across the globe has made this year truly rewarding.

We kicked off the year in Athens, Greece, where I had the privilege of addressing KPMG’s HR leaders about psychological safety in the workplace. From there, I traveled to vibrant cities like Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Dublin, Ireland, and Cascais, Portugal, facilitating workshops on presenting and executive presence for business professionals across diverse industries. In Berlin, Germany, I worked with the dedicated communications experts at Siemens Energy, guiding them on how to navigate difficult conversations with grace. And back in Ireland, I was honored to facilitate the American Embassy’s financial conference, fostering vital connections and insights.

This year, I’ve had the pleasure of coaching top executives from CRH, Salesforce, Schneider Electric, Merck, Pernod Ricard, Finforce, JP Morgan, and more—helping them refine their communication and leadership skills to amplify their influence.

I’ve also been privileged to deliver keynote addresses for organizations like Schindler, Oracle, MUFG, AbbVie, Carnival Cruise Lines, IQVIA, and many others. Each event underscored my belief in the power of shared stories and actionable strategies to inspire growth and innovation.

No matter where I’ve traveled or who I’ve supported, one constant remains: the privilege of working with committed individuals eager to improve their impact positively. Witnessing your dedication to growth, leadership, and excellence has been the highlight of my year.

Thank you for making 2024 so fulfilling.

Your trust and partnership continue to inspire me, and I look forward to building on this momentum in 2025.

Together, we can amplify our impact and achieve even greater heights.

Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a successful year ahead!

Every continued kindness,
Gina

Even if you have children. Even if you say your prayers before bed. Those conversations in your own head never really stop. Which is why I wanted to dedicate this month's newsletter to self-talk. Summer always feels like a good time to reset. The days are longer, many of us spend more time outdoors, our routines loosen...
